This award-winning development is part of a 10,800 dwelling redevelopment of a former power station. The project needed to achieve a 5dB improvement over Approved Document Part E requirements to provide 3 Code for Sustainable Homes Credits in the HEA2 category. 

6mm Isorubber Base was specified as part of the E-FC14 floor construction, which automatically awarded the credits required without the need for pre-completion testing.
