29th June: Thermal Economics launches its new website to perfect the visibility of the full breadth of support it can provide its customers<\/h2>\n

Thermal Economics has significantly evolved its website to provide more information on its acoustic and thermal products as well as its technical services to support customers through the complete concept to completion construction process.<\/p>\n

Ensuring customers can easily gain all the information they need from each product page (such as ancillary products needed for installation) and that all complementary services are visible; the site has been designed to enable visitors to clearly navigate their way around the pages and find exactly what they need with speed. Recognising our customers have different preferences for media formats, the site has been set up to support all different types of media including detailed drawings, installation guides, technical & safety data sheets as well as videos without impacting the speed of the site.<\/p>\n

Products have not only been grouped into acoustic and thermal, but further broken down into categories according to their use e.g. floating floors, making it easier for new visitors to find what they are looking for. Graham Lyon, Technical Manager at Thermal Economics explains, \u2018Our website has been designed with our customers in mind \u2013 existing and new. We constantly monitor it to understand what is working and what we want to improve on so we can ensure the customer experience is the best we can make it\u2019.<\/p>\n
